HVAC/BAS

Controls Foreman to lead field installation and commissioning of building automation and HVAC controls systems on commercial and industrial construction projects nationwide. This is a hands-on field leadership role for someone with strong HVAC controls installation experience who can lead crews, coordinate with superintendents and other trades, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently in the field. This is NOT a programming-only or office role. We are looking for a working foreman with real field installation experience.

Travel Schedule Typical rotation:

17 days on / 4 days home Nationwide travel required Company-paid travel Per diem provided Solo hotel room (often with kitchenette) Company vehicle or truck allowance depending on role Overtime opportunities available What You'll Do Lead

BAS/HVAC

controls installation crews on commercial construction projects Install and terminate control panels, sensors, relays, actuators, current switches, and BAS devices Bend/install conduit and perform low-voltage wiring installation and termination Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, control drawings, and project specifications Coordinate with superintendents, electricians, HVAC crews, and other trades Lead startup, testing, commissioning, punch list, and project closeout activities Troubleshoot installation issues in the field Maintain daily reports, manpower tracking, and jobsite documentation Enforce safety and quality standards on active construction sites What We're Looking For Experience leading

HVAC/BAS

controls crews in the field Strong knowledge of building automation systems and HVAC controls installation Experience with conduit, wire pulling, device termination, and control panel installation Ability to read construction drawings and wiring schematics Commercial or industrial construction experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills Willingness to travel nationwide Preferred Experience RTUs VAV systems Actuators Sensors Control panels Low-voltage controls wiring HVAC startup and commissioning Commercial HVAC controls systems Benefits Company-paid benefits package HSA with company contribution 401(k) with company match PTO Annual bonus Holiday bonus Phone allowance Per diem Overtime opportunities GEMCO Constructors is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
