The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance, automation/controls, ensuring that all machinery and equipment operate efficiently and safely. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various systems within our facility. Responsibilities Diagnose ,plan and perform operations necessary to modify, troubleshoot, repair, rebuild various types of complex manufacturing and support equipment with special focus on advanced troubleshooting on controls systems, servo drives, motors, HMIs and PLCs on bakery manufacturing equipment. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment Troubleshoot and repair various systems, including, but not limited to, Allen Bradley PLC systems, Compact Logix, SLC 500, Panel View Plus 7, Micro Logix, Powerflex VFD Electrical Troubleshooting Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise projects effectively. Experience with welding techniques is a plus.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH

Allen Bradley PLCs, Compact Logix, SLC 500, Panel View Plus 7, Micro Logix, Powerflex VFD Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and management.
