Superheat FGH Services, Inc. is an established leader in the heat treatment service industry, offering competitive pay as well as benefits and 401K with employer contribution. In this role you will be responsible for Transport, inspect, and maintain equipment, including low‑voltage systems. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control‑system issues. Perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, upgrades, and equipment repairs. Maintain accurate documentation, including service reports, asset records, and project tracking. Operate shop equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, tools) safely and maintain a clean work environment. Provide technical support to field and shop teams and recommend equipment solutions. Cross‑train on various control platforms and adapt to new software, firmware, and equipment. Ensure all equipment meets safety and quality assurance standards. Support continuous improvement and collaborate with other departments as needed. To be successful you must have Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to read electrical schematics and understand control systems and power flow. Experience with industrial equipment maintenance, calibration, and reliability practices. Solid documentation, reporting, and record‑keeping abilities. Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency with basic computer tools and asset‑management systems. Qualifications Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in equipment service, controls, or industrial technical roles Experience in industrial environments preferred Post-secondary education in Electrical, Mechanical, Controls Technology, or related field preferred Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required Willingness to work flexible schedules based on project needs Ability to meet site access and safety requirements
