INTEGRIS
Automation seeks a controls engineer with a broad technical background including
PLC/HMI/SCADA
programming, robotics, hardware selection and interfacing, and use of CAD tools. Prefer 5+ years of experience. Open to less experience with interest and education. The successful candidate will possess a diverse set of skills and interests and will serve on multiple project teams.
Desired qualifications include:
CONTROLS PLC, HMI, SCADA
programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc) Interfacing sensors and actuators Use of communication busses such as CAN and SSI Experience controlling hydraulic systems Knowledge of control theory, PID tuning, stability analysis Experience with a variety of controls hardware Component selection and BOM creation Power distribution Industrial robots (FANUC, Yaskawa, ABB, etc)
SOFTWARE TOOLS CODESYS, RMC
Tools, EPLAN AutoCAD Electrical SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD experience a plus
PLC/HMI/SCADA
experience a plus, especially programing complex electromechanical systems. GENERAL Strong organization and communication skills Detail oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Diverse interests and skill set, with an ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment. Mechanical and/or structural experience a plus Experience estimating and quoting projects FMEA and design reviews Familiarity with code compliance
REQUIREMENTS
