  • Partner with the Application Engineering team to support controls-related pricing, scope clarification, and timely quote completion.
  • Own follow up for all open controls quotations, coordinating internally and externally to remove bottlenecks, answer questions, and improve close rates.
  • Develop and deliver internal and external training on control products and connected solutions (e.g., CFE demonstrations, sales meetings, rep trainings, customer sessions).
  • Build and maintain proficiency in Zoeller's cloud-based controls/connected platforms (including Z Control) and help stakeholders understand capabilities, use cases, and limitations.
  • Collaborate cross functionally (Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Customer Service, and others) to ensure seamless support, accurate documentation, and high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct advanced field support and sales visits as needed to address complex applications, support key opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Capture and communicate field/customer feedback to support continuous improvement of products, training materials, and processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in technical field (engineering, engineering technology, electronics, or similar) or comparable experience in technical sales, controls, automation, or related electromechanical products.
  • Strong background in electromechanical systems and connectivity/communications technologies (SCADA or similar monitoring/connected solutions).
  • Working knowledge of electrical fundamentals and controls concepts; ability to interpret basic wiring diagrams and understand pump/control interaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, explain, and support technical products in a customer-facing environment.
  • Proven ability to lead quoting/specification reviews and manage multiple opportunities with strong organization, prioritization, and follow through.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to train both technical and non‑technical audiences.
