This role is designed for a technician who can hit the ground running with programming, commissioning, and maintaining complex building automation systems.service.

Base of Operations:

While our company headquarters is located in Pasadena, Maryland, this candidate will be working out of our Salisbury, Maryland branch.

Service Territory:

This position primarily serves the Eastern Shore of Maryland, covering the region from Easton to Ocean City and surrounding areas.

Travel:

Candidates must be comfortable with daily travel within this corridor to various customer sites.

Responsibilities Programming & Integration:

Design and modify building automation programs using the Tridium Niagara framework and Honeywell platforms. Integrate third-party systems via BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks.

Commissioning:

Lead onsite commissioning, including point-to-point checkouts, sequence verification, and functional performance testing to ensure systems meet design specs.

BAS Maintenance:

Perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on advanced HVAC control systems.

Graphics & Dashboards:

Configure PX graphics, schedules, alarms, and trend logs within the Niagara environment.

Technical Support:

Support the installation and start-up process and provide basic system training to end-users.

Pay:

$27.78 - $50.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
