You'll lead day-to-day operations while strategically planning technician routes, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. In this role, you'll analyze performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction. You'll balance operational excellence with financial performance while fostering a strong safety-first culture. As a key operational leader, you will: Lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentorship while ensuring clear development plans and career progression for your technicians. Drive operational excellence
  • Execute business plans, standardize service delivery, and continuously monitor performance to achieve consistent results. Partner cross-functionally
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to support opportunities, drive installation growth, and uncover new market potential. Deliver results
  • Ensure your service portfolio meets growth targets, maintains profitability, and exceeds customer expectations. Optimize workforce and resources
  • Align staffing, skills, and deployment strategies to maximize efficiency and service quality. Champion safety and compliance
  • Implement and audit HVAC operational standards, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality execution. Own customer success
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled while building long-term, trusted customer relationships. Lead performance reviews and planning
  • Conduct operational and financial reviews, evaluate bids and estimates, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Build strong teams
  • Recruit, hire, and retain top talent while setting clear expectations and providing consistent coaching and feedback. Support strategic growth
  • Contribute insights on market opportunities and help shape business strategy at the branch and regional levels.
What Sets You Apart Required 5+ years of progressive experience in HVAC service operations 3+ years of leadership experience managing, developing, and driving team performance Preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience Experience with Johnson Controls Metasys 8+ years in HVAC operations with leadership responsibilities Six Sigma Green Belt certification
HIRING SALARY RANGE
$ $89,000
