Controls SCADA Team Lead
Controls SCADA Team Lead (M/F/D)•
The Controls SCADA Team Lead works with a team of SCADA Controls engineers to design and integrate controls systems Visualizations for industrial material-handling solutions and production lines. This position works closely with the other Controls Team Leads and reports to the Manager of Controls Commissioning. Fulltime

Guides team of SCADA Controls Engineers and performs supervisory tasks including scheduling, review and approval of timecards, time-off requests, expense reports, and performance management activities (with support of manager)
Leads the design, development, and commissioning of control Visualization systems using PLCs to meet project requirements.
Writes and debugs HMI applications to ensure proper functioning of control systems.
Conducts in-house emulation testing to verify system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise prior to Controls Commissioning going onsite for commissioning.
Provides support for installed systems, performing preventative maintenance and implementing system upgrades as required.
Creates and maintains documentation of controls SCADA activities.
What you'll need
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Controls-related field (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience.Experience:
Five (5) or more years of hands-on Controls Engineering experience, preferably in material-handling, industrial, or warehouse environment.Travel:
Up to 20% travel, domestically and internationally. Robust knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems. Thorough understanding of electrical and mechanical principles, with the ability to read edrawings and AutoCAD drawings. Prior experience in formal or informal leadership roles.
