What You'll Do Maintain and troubleshoot electrical controls and automation systems supporting production and facilities Diagnose, repair, and modify PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, and motor controls Update electrical schematics and control documentation Support uptime improvements through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and reliability initiatives Partner with maintenance, engineering, and operations on process and automation improvements Follow all electrical safety and compliance requirements What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical controls or automation Hands‑on experience with Allen‑Bradley/Rockwell and Siemens PLC/HMI platforms Strong knowledge of VFDs, motor controls, sensors, and industrial instrumentation Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control drawings Experience working with 480V, three‑phase, and low‑voltage systems Working knowledge of NFPA 70E, NEC, and OSHA standards Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands‑on experience Preferred Exposure to preventive or predictive maintenance programs and CMMS systems Experience with process instrumentation (temperature, flow, pressure) Controls programming experience preferred

Pay:

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
