You will be instrumental in upholding the dependability and performance of our technical infrastructure. We invite individuals who possess a strong technical aptitude and an analytical approach to complex challenges to apply. Core Duties Execute the installation, upkeep, and diagnostic repair of various control hardware and systems. Conduct routine assessments to help maintain a reliable and high-functioning control environment. Work alongside engineering staff to enhance the overall efficiency of our systems. Maintain precise and thorough logs of all service and repair tasks performed. Provide rapid support during urgent situations to ensure minimal downtime for system operations. Support the development and onboarding of newer staff members by sharing technical knowledge. Keep pace with emerging developments and innovations within the control technology sector. Required Background Completion of an Associate's degree focused on Automation Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable discipline. Demonstrated history of success in a Control Technician position or equivalent capacity. Comprehensive knowledge regarding instrumentation, PLCs, and complex control architectures. Advanced analytical capabilities to identify and resolve technical malfunctions. Capacity to function effectively both autonomously and within a collaborative group setting. Strong interpersonal and documentation skills for clear communication. Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules, including participation in on-call rotations.
