  • Full-time The BMS Technician will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Building Management System (BMS) controls in residential and commercial properties.
Day-to-day tasks include configuring control systems, performing software programming, conducting diagnostics, assessing system performance, and providing technical support to clients. Required 5+ years of hands-on experience in building automation, HVAC controls, or a related field Solid understanding of DDC control theory: analog/digital
I/O, PID
loops, closed-loop feedback, and sequences of operation Experience with BACnet (IP and MS/TP) protocol and network architecture commissioning Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and control wiring diagrams Proficiency with control system programming and commissioning tools Competency with standard BMS (CAT-6E) ethernet network architecture, network switches, routers, cabling, etc.
Competency with standard technician tools:
multimeters, calibration devices, loop calibrators, and electronic testers Excellent computer skills and strong understanding of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Visio). Valid driver's license with a clean record
