•REQUIRED The Controls Technician provides technical support to production teams to improve process efficiency, equipment reliability, and product quality. This role serves as a key resource for troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing automation systems and instrumentation within the facility. Key Responsibilities Maintain a safe work environment by following all company safety policies and proactively identifying potential hazards. Support production and maintenance teams by diagnosing and resolving issues with automated systems and PLCs, Troubleshoot, maintain, and program PLCs, systems, and other automation equipment. Calibrate, maintain, and support facility instrumentation, controllers, and alarm systems. Modifying and improving existing programs, including PLC logic, automation software, databases, and spreadsheets. Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards. Qualifications Associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Technology, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience. Minimum of 3 years of industrial controls experience.
