As a Control Equipment Technician, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain control equipment and systems to ensure optimal manufacturing performance and product quality. .
What We Offer Pay range:
$25.52 to $29.91 per hour 7-day rotating shift schedule (3-week cycle with built-in overtime) Week 1: 48 hours Week 2: 46 hours Week 3: 54 hours Includes 1st shift (6:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. / 6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.) and 3rd shift (6:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.) Health benefits, including telehealth medical services Paid time off and holiday pay Opportunity for advancement Referral bonus program What We're Looking For 1+ years of experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance or control systems Background in one of the following (or similar) fields strongly preferred: Electrical Technician Industrial Systems Technician Mechatronics Technician Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control issues in a manufacturing setting Strong attention to detail and adaptability Solid math skills and ability to interpret technical documents Excellent verbal and written communication skills Physical ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds in hot and cold environments What You'll Do as a Control Equipment Technician Maintain knowledge of all company policies and procedures Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on control systems and equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic components Audit and maintain safety equipment in the department Support production by diagnosing and correcting machine issues quickly Set equipment to proper specifications to ensure product quality Assist with continuous improvement efforts in production efficiency and equipment reliability Act as relief operator as needed and perform other duties as assigned MAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
