Industrial Maintenance & Controls Technician Clean & Fresh Pgh, LLC West Homestead, PA Pay:
$25.00-$28.00 per hour (based on experience)

Full-time Join Our Team Clean & Fresh is one of the Pittsburgh area's premier hospitality laundries, processing millions of pounds of linen annually using highly automated industrial equipment. We're looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance & Controls Technician to join our maintenance team and help keep our operation running at peak performance. This position works alongside our Chief Engineer and plays a critical role in maintaining and improving our production equipment. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems Perform preventive and predictive maintenance Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation systems Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Repair motors, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, valves, and production equipment Troubleshoot VFDs, sensors, relays, contactors, and motor controls Assist with equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects Help improve plant reliability and reduce downtime QualificationsRequired Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with 480-volt three-phase electrical systems Ability to read electrical schematics Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, or similar) Industrial automation experience VFD troubleshooting Hydraulic and pneumatic systems Boiler and steam system experience Industrial laundry equipment experience (Lavatec, Jensen, Braun, Milnor, Chicago, Ellis, Unimac, or similar) Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) with company match after 12 months Overtime opportunities Stable, year-round employment Opportunity for advancement A management team that values your ideas and believes the best solutions often come from the people doing the work Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems—not just replacing parts.
