Controls Project Manager

We are looking to hire a Controls Project Managers with building automation experience or field applicable experience to work in managing, installing, programming and commission building automation systems in the Philadelphia Metro, New Jersey & Lehigh Valley areas. Responsibilities Develop and deliver monthly status reports, customer progress reports, customer change proposals, and presentations to management. Drive project milestones and documentation requirements, such as commissioning, acceptance, and closing financial documents. Document project events that impact the acceptance schedule, scope of work, and project efficiency. Identify solutions and review with the team to drive actions needed to streamline schedules and cost impact to the project. Orient field technicians and provide all necessary project documentation, including scope of work, drawings, applicable specifications, application-engineered drawings, project contacts, etc. Coordinate with the team to develop and maintain project schedules and identify time-sensitive project needs. Pay:

$55,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
