Controls Service TechPosition OverviewWe are one of New England's leading providers of building control, energy management and integrated facility management systems. As we continue to grow, we have an immediate opening for an experienced field control technician in our Service Department.
The Controls Service Technician is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of building automation systems and HVAC controls. The technician will ensure optimal performance of control systems while providing quality service to clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and configure building automation and HVAC control systemsTroubleshoot and repair issues with HVAC control systemsPerform regular maintenance and inspections on control systemsProvide technical support and training to clients on system operationsDocument service activities and prepare reports for managementCollaborate with other team members to enhance service deliveryQualificationsProven experience in controls and HVAC serviceFamiliarity with building automation systems, Johnson Controls experience a REAL plus !Strong troubleshooting skillsAbility to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematicsKnowledge of ABCS, JCI, CCT, and PLC programming is a plusCertification as an Automated Building Controls Specialist is desirableExcellent communication and customer service skillsBenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
