Qualifications Proven experience with hydraulics, industrial electrician work, E & I (Electrical & Instrumentation), mechanical knowledge, and industrial maintenance practices. Strong understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), distributed control systems (DCS), CNC machinery, sensors, vision inspection systems, and calibration techniques. Familiarity with schematics reading, AutoCAD drafting software, Calypso software for measurement analysis, and Ohmmeters for electrical testing. Knowledge of high voltage safety protocols along with experience working with low voltage electrical systems in manufacturing environments. Background in military or industrial settings is advantageous due to the emphasis on precision and safety standards. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical or mechanical issues efficiently. Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills for collaboration across teams and clients. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced manufacturing or field service environments.
