Consistently deliver results by staying focused on priorities, adapting to challenges, and maintaining performance under demanding conditions. Champion health and safety by modeling proactive behaviors, reporting hazards, and supporting actions that build an interdependent, injury‑free workplace. Apply safety controls in daily work by recognizing electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic hazards and incorporating safe practices and procedures into work plans. Leverage manufacturing knowledge to implement process, equipment, and application changes that support operational needs and drive continuous improvement.
