Do you enjoy diagnosing tricky issues on CNC machining and turning centers—mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical? Are you energized by variety—new sites, new challenges, and continuous learning—without living on the road? Would you like to be based in Sioux Falls, Minneapolis, or Kansas City while focusing on a local territory, especially across the Dakotas? If you're nodding along, read on. The work Own day-to-day field service: installations, break/fix troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. Partner with customers and provide technical sales support when needed. Communicate clearly with people from the shop floor to leadership. Act as a trusted, ethical representative of Ellison Technologies. Manage your service cases/projects and keep accurate customer records and technical docs. Assist with other related tasks as assigned. Travel and territory This is a local-territory role with approximately 50% travel (paid). It's intentionally not a national "road warrior" position. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers. Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical domains.
