Strong preference with experience on JCI / Metasys systems and Distec systems. Must have the ability to troubleshoot all devices associated with the BMCS systems and or building automation systems such as Johnson Controls including but not limited to: Static pressure sensors, Air flow stations, freeze stats, actuators, flow meters, DP sensors, and JCI controllers. Must have experience monitoring Metasys and the ability to report alarms and troubleshoot them as needed. Ability to access systems and identify room for improvement with operations of site for efficiency/cost savings. This job will be a 50/50 job on field work and office work.
