machining Full Job Description A premier manufacturer and one of the most respected employers in their industry is adding a Controls Technician - CNC to their team. This is a rare opening with a stable, well-resourced company known locally for strong pay, excellent benefits, and long-tenured employees. What You'll Do Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair the electrical, instrumentation, and controls systems on large industrial CNC machinery — including mills, lathes, and grinders. You'll work with PLCs, VFDs, relay logic, and high-end CNC controls, and assist with mechanical repairs on ball screws, spindles, axis scales, and machine alignments. What We're Looking For Hands-on experience with CNC controls — Fanuc, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, or ABB Strong PLC, VFD, and electrical/instrumentation background Ability to read schematics, troubleshoot to root cause, and work independently Comfortable working at heights up to 40 ft HS diploma/GED + technical training in controls, electrical, or instrumentation Open to strong Electronics or Process or Controls Technicians Schedule & Perks Day shift Relocation assistance for the right candidate Full benefits package
