Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shop Valve Technician to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, inspection, calibration, repair, and maintenance of industrial valves and related equipment. Your expertise will ensure the reliable operation of valves within manufacturing and processing environments, supporting safety, efficiency, and operational excellence. Duties Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of industrial valves using schematics, calibration tools, and precision measuring instruments to ensure optimal performance. Conduct repairs and overhauls on various valve types, including hydraulic and pneumatic models, adhering to safety standards and technical specifications. Calibrate sensors, switches, and other control devices to maintain system accuracy and reliability. Interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams for installation or repair of valve control systems involving low voltage, high voltage, and distributed control systems. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, calibrations, and repairs to ensure compliance with quality standards.
