Lead Automation/Controls Technician

At Salmon Mechanical, we are growing rapidly & looking for skilled professionals to join our fast-paced team and fill the role of Lead Building Automation/Controls Technician for commercial and industrial projects and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Read, understand and follow blueprints, submittals and specifications
• Install and directly supervise the installation of control projects
• Manage Labor
• Order Materials
• Train apprentices
• Provide great customer service
• Work alongside sales to provide quality customer experience
• Maintain a professional image
• Comply with company standards
• Follow safety protocols of Salmon Mechanical and customers

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License
• Experience in BMS and automation
• Safety minded
• Attend all scheduled meetings
• Possess tools needed to perform job
• Understanding of HVAC systems and wiring diagrams
