Our Integration Division is now a leader in delivering state-of-the-art PLC and SCADA systems tailored to industrial applications. Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Control Panel Builder to join our Integration team. This role requires previous experience in the fabrication of our in-house designed systems. Understanding of UL508A rules and requirements to layout, mount devices, install labeling, wiring, reading drawings, marking up changes, and documenting work. Requires the use of hand and power tools, like drilling, cutting, tapping holes, cutting/stripping wire, using heat shrink tubing and labels. Working Windows PC's for printing labels, markers, and engraving system. All work is customized, not repetitive, very seldom do we build quantities, always changing designs. Key Responsibilities Assembly per drawings of custom electrical control panels Verify work with testing procedures Document work or changes on drawings Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a Controls Automation or related technical program preferred Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, and motor controls is a plus 1-2 years of Controls/Electrical wiring knowledge preferred Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset Physically capable of bending, standing, and lifting 50 lbs Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record Must be able to pass a background check and comply with random drug testing What You'll Gain Competitive pay: $35.00 - $45.00/hour DOE , with review-based increases after 6 months Full-time role with consistent hours, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for overtime pay Why Join Us?
