Picture Framer/Shop Worker

Nielsen Arts Gallery and Custom Framing is a thriving picture frame shop and art gallery in Berkeley. We have a state of the art operation and a team of talented picture framers serving the East Bay Community and beyond. We are the oldest frame shop in the East Bay with 75 years in business. Nielsen Arts hosts regular gallery exhibitions for local artists, has a carefully curated retail selection of art themed gifts and frames. Nielsen Arts is seeking full-time help for frame production staff. Frame Fitters/Sales Associates Design Associates Background in Art or a working artist is a plus. Experience preferred but not required. Nielsen Arts Has a transparent wage scale beginning at $20/hour with regular raises rewarding skills developed and time served. Trained associates should make mid-twenties within 6 months and upper twenties as years of service are added.
