This is a W2 position offering the flexibility of independent work while providing consistent, year-round job flow. We handle scheduling, customer acquisition, and logistics — you focus on delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for professionals with experience across multiple trades who take pride in their work and enjoy working directly with clients. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of handyman services including carpentry, drywall, painting, tiling, and minor plumbing/electrical Complete drywall repair and mudding to a high standard Diagnose issues and provide effective repair solutions Communicate clearly with customers and provide excellent service Manage job documentation, invoicing, and updates via smartphone apps Maintain a professional appearance and work ethic at all times Work independently while coordinating with office staff as needed
