Lead Field Technician Epoxy & Polyaspartic Coatings (Experienced Only)

About This Role We're hiring a Lead Field Technician who already knows how to install epoxy and polyaspartic systems the right way—and can lead a crew to do the same. This is not a "we'll train you" position. If you don't already have real experience running jobs, this isn't the role for you. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, holds a high standard, and doesn't cut corners—especially when no one is watching. What You'll Be Doing Running your own crew on residential and commercial jobs Full system installs: prep, repairs, basecoat, flake, and topcoat Operating grinders, vacuums, and coating equipment properly Managing job timelines and keeping installs on schedule Communicating clearly with both customers and management Keeping jobsites clean, organized, and professional Handling real-world challenges (humidity, rain delays, surface issues) without excuses Let's Be Clear —

Cut corners on prep (this is the fastest way to fail here) Rush through jobs just to get done early Need constant supervision or direction Blame weather or materials instead of solving the problem Leave messy jobsites or sloppy finishes Can't lead a crew or hold others accountable
