We are a well-established custom picture framing company with over 40 years of experience serving artists, designers, and high-end residential clients. Our Miami showroom is growing, and we are looking for a skilled, customer-focused framer to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Custom Picture Framer who is equally comfortable at the design counter and in production. This role requires strong framing knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to guide customers through design decisions in a showroom environment.

Responsibilities:

Work directly with customers to design custom framing solutions Provide recommendations on mouldings, mats, glass, and mounting techniques Accurately measure artwork and enter orders Perform framing tasks including cutting, joining, fitting, and finishing Maintain showroom presentation and sample displays Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail on all orders Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and production goals

Requirements:

Prior custom picture framing experience is required Experience working in a framing showroom or retail sales environment Strong design sense and ability to upsell premium framing options Knowledge of framing tools, materials, and techniques Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable working with customers, artists, and designers Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Pay:

$24.00•$28.00 per hour
