Orlando EpoxyTechs like hands-on work. They repair wood damage with precision, efficiency, and professionalism while consistently meeting expectations and executing project goals. What You'll Do Conduct on-site evaluations of wood surfaces requiring repair Repair or replace damaged wood, including rot, decay, and deterioration Apply, shape, and finish epoxy and protective coatings using approved techniques Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and project expectations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate professionally with clients, answering questions and addressing concerns Manage time and tasks to complete projects efficiently Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment What We Offer Paid, in-depth two-week training program Flexible, part-time hours Competitive hourly pay: $20-$30/hour A supportive, team-oriented culture focused on quality and sustainability What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Ability to work independently, problem solve, and follow structured processes Good communication and customer service skills Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb a ladder and handle physical job demands Basic carpentry knowledge and skills, preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable using a smartphone for work-related tasks Dependable and professional, with a strong work ethic
