• We're looking for a watchmaker to join us at a startup built to be a bastion of creativity for watchmakers, artists, fabricators, & artisans.

This is not a traditional shop. Management layers are minimal, we value ideas over titles, and we believe the best work happens when skilled people are trusted. Every technical and creative contribution is visible. The best ideas get built. We create things we believe in. We focus on shipping product. Our desks and benches are literally on wheels. You'll join the project(s) that interest(s) you most—or propose a new one and convince others to build it with you. (In addition to salary, you'll also participate financially in the upside of the projects you work on). This is an early-hire role, which means: Flexibility in your focus Room to shape your responsibilities A voice in how the studio evolves Skills and Background First and foremost, this is a watchmaker position. You should be comfortable working on both vintage and modern movements, including service and assembly. Additional Skills (You do not need all of these.)

• Strong hands-on craft (art, fabrication, jewelry, design, or similar)
