Job Description

Are you mechanically inclined and looking for a role with independence and variety? At I-care, we keep the world's industry moving. As a Lubrication Technician, you are the frontline defense against machine failure. You'll spend your days in the field, visiting diverse industrial sites, ensuring critical machinery runs smoothly and reliably. No prior specialization? No problem. We aren't just looking for experts; we're looking for people with the right attitude and a mechanical mindset. We provide the full training and official certifications you need to become a pro in the field. What You'll Do You won't just be "oiling machines"— geeking out on precision maintenance is what we do.
Your responsibilities will include:
Executing Lubrication Routes:
Ensuring every machine is properly lubricated to prevent downtime.
Inspections:
Acting as our "eyes and ears" on-site by identifying leaks, unusual noises, or mechanical wear.
Fluid Management:
Performing oil changes, monitoring filtration systems, and taking oil samples for lab analysis.
System Installation:
Assisting in the setup and maintenance of automated lubrication systems.
Reporting:
Providing clear, concise digital reports on equipment health to our clients. Who You Are You are a self-starter who takes pride in your work and enjoys the freedom of being on the road.
Technically Minded:
You have a background (or strong interest) in mechanics, electrical work, or industrial operations (equivalent to Associate degree/Vocational training).
Reliable & Independent:
You enjoy working solo but know how to communicate effectively with the broader team.
Detail-Oriented:
You have a sharp eye for spotting anomalies that others might miss.
Mobile:
You enjoy traveling within your region to different client sites.
Growth-Oriented:
You are eager to learn and earn your professional certifications. Why Join I-care?
Full Training & Certification:
We pay for your journey to becoming a Certified Lubrication Technician (ALT1)
Growth Your Way:
We offer a path to mastery as a specialist without forcing you into a management track if you prefer being hands-on.
Global Opportunities:
While you'll have a local focus, there are opportunities for international projects if you have the ambition. About Us At I-care Group, you'll join the global leader in predictive and prescriptive maintenance, where AI-powered and data-driven condition monitoring solutions help industries prevent failures before they happen. With more than 500,000 monitored assets worldwide and a presence in over 20 countries, I-care is at the forefront of safer, more efficient, and more sustainable manufacturing. We help the world's largest manufacturing and industrial plants run smoother by predicting failures before they happen. Ready to start your career in industrial reliability? Apply today!
