Job Site Lead

What You'll Do:

Run the

Field:

Lead a crew of 2-5 people. You'll be "on the tools" about 80% of the day while keeping an eye on everyone's progress, teaching and mentoring as time allows. Be the

Problem Solver:

Read the prints, catch mistakes before they're permanent, and figure out the "how-to" when things don't go exactly as planned.

Client Connection:

Act as the friendly face of the business on site daily. You'll give homeowners quick updates and ensure the site stays clean coordinating with the owner of the company and admin throughout the process.

Safety & Quality:

Set the standard. If a cut isn't straight or a guard is off a saw, you're the one who steps in to fix it.

Supply Management:

Keep track of what we're running low on (lumber, hardware, consumables) so the team never hits a standstill.

What We're Looking For:

The Experience:

Time in the trades (framing, remodeling, or general carpentry) with experience leading a team.

The Gear:

You should have your own reliable Vehicle and basic tools. We at HoneyDew have different out rigs for differnent jobsites and needs.

The Mindset:

You show up on time, every time. You treat company equipment like you paid for it yourself.
