Travel Required Required Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of material handling systems installation experience
• 5-7 years of experience leading small installation teams
• HS Diploma
• Proficient at reading & comprehending mechanical construction drawings

• Self-Motivated, Detail Oriented, & Results Focused Preferred Qualifications:

• OSHA 30 Certified
• Experience with managing subcontractors

Job Functions:

• Embrace, enforce, & live a superior safety culture
• Conduct weekly toolbox talks with installation resources on site.
• Complete Job-Hazard-Analyses daily.
• Lead small team of 3-5 mechanical installers & laborers to self-execute mechanical scopes of work FORTNA projects
• Be able, willing, & competent to conduct installations when necessary, including field fabrications, welding and other hot-work, rigging, conveyor assembly & erection, and other installation tasks.
• Receive, unload, inventory, and QC project componentry & materials supplied by the project team.
• Provide regular progress reports to leadership and project team.
• Adhere to all federal, local, and customer regulations, standards, & specifications
• Manage subcontractors from both electrical & mechanical scopes of work for FORTNA projects that are opted to outsource install.
