$20 / hour Job Description Composites Technician - $20/hr | Augusta, ME Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM We're hiring a Composites Technician to join our manufacturing team in Augusta, Maine. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with materials, following technical instructions, and being part of a team that builds high-quality FRP components. What You'll Do Lay up fiberglass and resin to manufacture FRP components Safely handle vinyl ester and epoxy resins Use hand and power tools, measuring devices, and shop equipment Read and follow technical drawings and work instructions Perform finishing work including grinding, painting, and cleanup Communicate effectively with team members to meet production goals Lift and carry materials up to 100 lbs What We're Looking For Experience with composites, fiberglass, or manufacturing is a plus Ability to read measurements, drawings, and instructions accurately Comfortable using hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Reliable, team-oriented, and physically capable of the job demands What We Offer $20 per hour starting pay Consistent weekday schedule (no weekends) Early shift with afternoons free Stable, hands-on work in a growing industry If you take pride in quality work and enjoy building durable products with your hands, apply today to join our team.
