Seasonal / Part-Time About W Institute W Institute is a youth-focused organization dedicated to inspiring the next generation of innovators through hands-on robotics and STEAM education. Our instructors bring energy, creativity, and curiosity into the classroom every day. Role Overview We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated STEAM & Robotics Instructors to lead engaging, hands-on learning experiences for K-12 students this summer. You'll facilitate activities involving robotics, coding, engineering challenges, circuits, and creative problem-solving in a fun, supportive camp environment. Responsibilities Deliver robotics and STEAM curriculum to small groups of youth campers Set up, manage, and return equipment responsibly after each session Foster an inclusive, encouraging learning environment Collaborate with fellow instructors and program staff Assist with basic troubleshooting of robotics kits and tech tools Qualifications Currently enrolled as a 2nd-4th year college student (preferred) Some background in engineering, computer science, education, or a related science field Comfortable working with children and teens Strong communication and teamwork skills Prior experience with robotics, coding, or STEAM programs is a plus — but a willingness to learn matters most Why Join Us?
