What We Offer Extensive Onboarding:

Structured, hands-on training on all equipment and protocols. No prior eye care experience necessary—we hire for talent and train for skill.

Predictable Schedule:

Monday-Thursday (7:50 AM - 5:00 PM) and Friday (7:50 AM - 1:00 PM). No weekends, no nights.
