Hiring Bonus Opportunities! $250 hiring bonus if you can work Wednesdays at 2:30PM and mornings. $200 hiring bonus if you can work mornings. $150 hiring bonus if you can work Wednesdays at 2:30pm. As a member of the Spark team, you will be working in Millard elementary schools during the school year, Monday-Friday 6:30-8:30am and/or 3:30-6:00pm (and if available Wednesday 2:30-6:00pm). Our goal is to greet families and children daily, and establish and maintain positive relationships in a safe, fun environment. You will lead exploration and STEM activities, group games, outside play…and the occasional classic board game!WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR A
sincere desire and interest in working with children. Leadership and communication skills to manage and appropriately interact with groups of children. Ability to uphold program policies and procedures.REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18 years of age. Meets all requirements for the Teacher Position as outlined in DHHS Licensing including a high school diploma or GED. Has 1500 hours of verified clock hours of experience in organized group activities for school-age children as indicated by a positive reference from a former employer or supervisor; or Must submit and receive a state approved pre-service training plan to acquire at least 3 credit hours or 45 clock hours of training in administration. Ability to react and move quickly, indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions and otherwise fully participate in activities with children.WHAT WE OFFER
