Job Description

The Rubber Group (Laconia, NH) is looking for a full time
Rubber Prep/Insert Molder Shift:
1st shift role, 4•10 shift. Monday-Thursday 6am - 4pm Rubber prep Molder is responsible for manufacturing items following the prepared schedule by meeting production standards and targets in quantity and quality to his/her best ability. Reporting deviations from standards and act according to the company safety policy and procedures. Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Rubber Prep/Insert Molder, where you'll play a vital role in producing high-quality rubber components for various industrial applications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your mechanical skills and manufacturing expertise to ensure precision and efficiency.
