Dragons Den Martial Arts is seeking an energetic and reliable individual to join our team as a Kids Martial Arts Instructor. This role focuses on working with children ages 3-12 in a structured, positive, and high-energy environment. No prior teaching experience is required. Training will be provided. Martial arts experience is required.

Responsibilities:

Assist and lead children's martial arts classes Maintain a safe, structured, and engaging class environment Encourage student participation, confidence, and discipline Follow established curriculum and lesson plans Communicate professionally with students and parents

Qualifications:

Enjoys working with children Strong communication and interpersonal skills High energy and positive attitude Reliable and punctual Coachable and willing to learn Ability to work afternoons/evenings Preferred (Not Required): WT Taekwondo martial artist Management experience Coaching, teaching, or childcare experience
