Responsibilities:
Demonstrate excellent customer service and model exhibit interactions. Interpret and analyze code such as Python, read blueprints, luzid chart, Miro boards, and navigate project management software such as Asana. Ability to work with to-scale concept art and understand how the design would fill a 3D space & build accordingly. Experienced working with a wide range of technical equipment and materials including, but not limited to, power supplies, controllers, teensy, raspberry pi, arduino, projectors, computers, LEDs, cabling, speakers, and TVs. Some experience and willingness to work with Paint, foam, carpentry, textiles, etc. Experience working in programs such as touch designer, resolume, arduino id, vscode, and unify Work in an extremely diverse environment utilizing a wide range of technical skills from programming to installation, wiring, on unique structures, and designs at a large scale, with a variety of materials. Ability to troubleshoot and use research to find solutions. Efficiently utilize a wide variety of hand tools, power tools, and machinery including saws, drills, sanders, and lifts. Adhere to all company quality and OSHA safety protocol and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment. Completion of any tasks assigned by production and operations leads and managers. Provide recommendations and solutions to improve process or equipment needs quickly and clearly. Determine the most efficient method of programming, installation, tools and hardware required based on concepts provided. Ability to understand, resolve complications, and integrate technical aspects into the company network.
Requirements:
Proven experience with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects. Excellent knowledge of Tech equipment, materials, and tools. Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a diverse team. Physical stamina and ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials up to 50lbs. Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe work environment and utilizing safe work practices at all times and under all conditions without supervision. Keeps all equipment and tools in a safe operating condition at all times. Effective at time management and prioritization. Pivot and adapt to quickly changing and evolving work environments. Multitask and prioritize multiple projects and tasks efficiently. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Other Beneficial Abilities/Tasks/Responsibilities:
CNC, metal work, rigging, Foam carving, painting, carpentry, and other related experience is a plus. Open to travel to other cities or states Experience working with & or around physical artwork (Foam sculpture, resin working, textiles, and metals.) Experience in PCB design, Unity, Blender, and Maya is a plus.
Education, Experience, Skill Requirements:
High school diploma or
GED. OSHA 10
Hour Construction 3+ years of experience working as a technical fabricator. Experience in the field of installing custom fabricated products is a plus. Creative and theming project experience is a plus. Experience on an installation project is a plus. Heavy machinery certifications are a plus (Forklift, Telescopic Handler, Boom Lift).
