If you're passionate about esthetics and love helping others succeed, this is your chance to step into a role where your expertise makes a real impact every single day. You will earn between $18 and $20 per hour , depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid sick and vacation time. You'll enjoy discounted professional products and services, too, because taking care of yourself matters just as much as taking care of your students. Our full-time schedule options include Monday through Thursday from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, or Tuesday through Thursday from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, with Friday and Saturday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. We also offer part-time opportunities if evenings or weekends work best for your schedule.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN ESTHETICS INSTRUCTION TEACHER

An active Ohio esthetician instructor license Experience in a clinical setting with facials, esthetic equipment, and machine-based techniques Collaborative Team-oriented Excellent customer service and classroom management skills Ability to use a computer and utilize teaching tools A passion for educating and supporting the Paul Mitchell culture Possesses Patience and understanding Ability to inspire

As our Esthetics Instruction Teacher, you lead engaging lessons rooted in our renowned esthetics curriculum, teaching everything from facials to advanced machine-based techniques while creating a supportive and upbeat classroom environment.
