Lead Detailing Manager

Role Overview The Lead Detailing Manager is a key position responsible for performing advanced detailing services while supporting daily shop operations, training team members, and ensuring consistent, high-quality results. This is a hands-on role for someone who is both technically strong and capable of leading by example. Key Responsibilities Advanced Detailing & Production (Primary Focus): Perform paint correction, polishing, and ceramic coating installations Execute high-level interior and exterior detailing services Complete final inspections and ensure vehicles meet company standards

Team Leadership & Training:

Train and mentor detail technicians Maintain and enforce quality standards across all work Conduct quality control checks prior to vehicle delivery

Operations Support:

Assist with daily workflow and job prioritization Help maintain shop organization, cleanliness, and efficiency Support day-to-day operations when the owner is not present

Customer Interaction:
