This is not a hobby-art role. This is not a temporary job. This is a hands-on, skill-based trade where you will be trained from day one in the specialized craft of glass enameling on copper — the technique used to create our collectible Spiritiles sold nationwide. If you take pride in precision, consistency, and mastering a process — you'll thrive here. What You'll Actually Be Doing Learn our proprietary glass enameling process through structured training Rotate through production stations (enamel prep, kiln work, assembly, finishing) Perform detailed, repetitive tasks with focus and care Inspect and maintain high quality standards Work on your feet in a fast-paced, team-based studio Contribute daily to meaningful artwork made 100% in Charleston, SC This is standing, production-based work that requires attention to detail and mental focus. Who This Role Is For We're looking for individuals who: Show up on time — every day Take feedback well and actively improve Stay focused during repetitive tasks Want to build a real skill over 1+ years Value teamwork, accountability, and craftsmanship Prefer hands-on work over sitting at a desk No prior art experience required.
