Job Description
Pilgrim Refinishing is hiring a full-time refinishing technician in the Birmingham and surrounding area. No previous experience necessary! We are looking for someone motivated to learn, reliable, and detail-oriented. In this role you will be responsible for door refinishing preparation, chemical stripping, sanding, repairing, staining, and finishing doors. You will go through a paid training period. You will be paid a percentage for each door you are scheduled for. The person hired for this position will work up to 5 days/week, depending on the market demand.
