Full Job Description Job Summary:

Please note that this is an entry-level position and on-site training will be given. No previous candle-making experience is necessary. As a Production Assistant, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating candles, along with other apothecary items. This is a warehouse-based role that requires precision and creativity in candle making. You will be working with your hands and on your feet most of every day. While candles are the most common item produced, you will also have the opportunity to work on other Manready Mercantile products, such as colognes, room sprays, leather, and much more!

Duties:

Must be punctual Assemble candles according to established guidelines and specifications Mix and pour wax into containers Add fragrance oils to create scented candles Inspect finished candles for quality control purposes Package and label candles for shipment or retail display Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:

Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently Strong attention to detail and quality control Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

Skills:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs several times per day Ability to assemble candles using various materials and techniques Willingness to learn and be a team player Understanding of basic mechanical principles for troubleshooting equipment issues Ability to fabricate candles with precision and creativity This is a paid position and we offer opportunities for growth within our company.
