A Spanish speaker passionate about language and culture? A maker, builder, or tinkerer who enjoys hands-on learning? Do you have a special talent or area of expertise you're excited to share with students? Austin Micro School is seeking passionate, part-time Specials Guides to enrich our learning community through engaging enrichment experiences. We are currently looking for Guides in Art, Spanish, and Maker Space , though candidates may apply for one or multiple areas based on their expertise. Our school blends a Montessori-inspired environment with project-based, inquiry-driven learning , helping students develop independence, curiosity, and a love of learning. Responsibilities Plan and lead engaging lessons in your area of expertise Create hands-on learning experiences for mixed-age learners Foster curiosity, creativity, independence, and student ownership Collaborate with other Guides to support meaningful learning experiences Ideal Candidate Has expertise or strong experience in Art, Spanish, Maker Education, or another relevant field Enjoys working with elementary and middle school students Values creativity, flexibility, and collaboration Teaching experience preferred; Montessori experience is a plus Why Austin Micro School?
