Full Time with benefits We are seeking experienced and motivated Instructors to support our Skilled Trades Apprenticeship Program. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about mentoring apprentices and developing the next generation of skilled trade professionals. Responsibilities Provide hands-on and classroom instruction Mentor apprentices and support job readiness Maintain a safe and organized training environment Track attendance and apprentice progress Assist with evaluations and program activities Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, millwrighting, carpentry, or related trades Familiar with tools and labor/craft industry skills Strong communication and leadership abilities Previous teaching or mentoring experience preferred OSHA or industry certifications preferred Prefer Bi Lingual skills Schedule & Pay Full Time Flexible schedule Competitive hourly pay and benefits (medical, pension contribution, paid holiday (8) based on experience and job location.
