DBANDREA
® is an all-women studio in Rowlett, TX, creating heirloom floral artwork for brides and families across the country. Every piece is handcrafted, highly detailed, and held to an exacting standard of finish. This is NOT an entry-level or "come learn a fun hobby" position. We are looking for someone who already works well with their hands and has real experience sanding, finishing, and detailing physical work — furniture, woodworking, auto body, countertops, fabrication, fine crafts, resin, or similar. If you have sanded a piece to a flawless finish and taken pride in the result, you'll understand this job immediately. This is physical, hands-on, sometimes messy work. You'll be on your feet most of the shift, lifting and moving materials and molds, and getting resin and dust on your hands. Being comfortable working that way matters here. You'll work directly alongside our Lead Resin Artist in a fast-moving production studio where quality and consistency are everything. What you'll do:
  • Mix and pour resin for production pieces — one of the core, daily tasks of this role
  • Sand, tape, polish, and finish resin pieces to a flawless standard
  • Prep flowers and materials for resin pours
  • Support daily production flow and hit quality targets
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and production-ready
  • Help maintain tight quality-control standards As you grow with us, there may be opportunities to take on designing and painting work as well, depending on your skills and fit.
What we require:
  • Hands-on finishing experience — sanding is a must. You should be able to describe specific projects you've sanded or finished and the techniques you used.
  • Steady attention to detail and the patience to get a finish right, not just done
  • Ability to follow direction precisely and work efficiently without sacrificing quality
  • Comfortable standing, moving, and working around resin and production materials the full shift (PPE provided)
  • Dependable and punctual — you show up and you finish what you start The commitment (please read before applying): We invest significant one-on-one training into every team member.
Because of that, this role requires a one-year commitment and signing an NDA and a non-compete upon hire. These aren't fine print — they're how we protect the time and craft we pour into training you. If you're looking for a short-term gig, a place to "try out" resin, or a creative hobby, this is not the right fit. If you want to build a real skill and grow with a studio that takes its craft seriously, we'd love to meet you.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-2:30 PM (30 hours/week, 30-minute break, in person)

This role requires a one-year commitment and signing an NDA and a non-compete upon hire. Are you comfortable with all of these?
