Ecopool meticulously makes each pool by hand and with high attention to detail, even in areas never seen. We are building the world's largest modular swimming pool manufacturing plant on a 61 acre site in Salado, Texas. Summary of Position We are seeking TPO and PVC/Flex Technicians for our membrane fabrication plant. You should be mechanically inclined. If you are hands on and enjoy working with your hands, then let's talk! Bonus points for previous experience with Commercial Roofing TPO or PVC Hot Air Welding. Duties and Responsibilities Assembly and leading the assembly of products with high attention to detail and quality Use a variety of hand, power tools and robots following appropriate methods and procedures to complete mechanical assembly Inspect and test parts and products as necessary, during or after assembly, according to established guidelines and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area and maintain all equipment Practice problem solving and troubleshooting techniques as part of a team responsible for realizing continuous improvement to products and processes. Ability to read diagram layouts and follow instructions. Able to precisely measure. Experience with hand tools and testing equipment. Strong attention to detail and the ability troubleshoot and ask questions when needed Excellent hand dexterity Basic math skills Able to deliver quality work in a timely manner. Candidate Prerequisites Desire to learn new skills and grow experience. Good attitude and able to take initiative Bonus points for previous experience with Commercial Roofing TPO or PVC Hot Air Welding.
