Fiberglass Technician

Job Summary Join our growing fiberglass manufacturing team in Salt Lake City as a Fiberglass Technician earning $18-$22/hour based on experience. We offer hands-on training and clear advancement opportunities in a stable manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Roll fiberglass materials and apply resin using proper ratios and techniques Weigh resin and calculate catalyst amounts for optimal curing Fill out laminate schedules and maintain accurate production records Read technical plans and blueprints for complex projects (Level 2) Install clips and hardware according to specifications Perform sanding, bondo application, and finishing work on completed pieces Lift materials up to 50 pounds regularly throughout your shift Maintain clean and organized work area following safety protocols What You Bring Required Ability to read and write in English Comfortable with heavy lifting up to 50 pounds Basic math skills for calculating ratios and measurements Willingness to learn fiberglass lamination techniques Preferred Previous experience with fiberglass or composite materials Experience reading technical drawings or blueprints Background in manufacturing or hands-on production work Pay & Compensation $18-$19/hour for Level 1 positions (entry level with training provided) $19-$22/hour for Level 2 positions (experienced technicians) Ready to start your career as a Fiberglass Technician We provide the training you need to succeed in this growing field.
